About The Fort Foundation

The Fort Foundation Community Justice Hub, is a registered not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing legal and justice information, advocacy, resources, and referrals to individuals and families facing challenging.

We acknowledge the prevailing challenge faced by numerous families and individuals in Fort Saskatchewan and its neighbouring communities—a dire lack of access to vital legal and justice assistance during critical moments. Our unwavering belief is that equal rights should be accessible to everyone, irrespective of their circumstances. Our overarching goal is to bridge this accessibility gap and ensure that legal and justice support, information, guidance, and education are not only accessible but also affordable.

We are dedicated to aiding individuals in rebuilding their lives, thereby mitigating deeper societal issues and eradicating poverty. We provide comprehensive resources encompassing affordable housing, job security, financial stability, social and mental health support. We believe that access to education, justice, legal support, social support, and housing should be considered fundamental human rights rather than privileges, and should be universally accessible.
